Functionality Notes:
1st owner machine; purchased new in 2008 for making reflectors for light fixtures. Machine has been in storage since 2015. Was ran for approximately 10 hours per week for 7 years; approximate hours of usage is 3,500. Comes with two coils of material: 1.8" and 5" wide coil material.
This industrial roll forming machine was used for forming bent profiles for light fixtures from flat aluminum stock. The machine formed the profiles, cut them to length, and punched holes for mounting. The machine formed reflectors for light fixtures. The operator would unload the conveyor manually. Machine was capable of forming approximately 300 units/hour.
The machine is in excellent shape. Also a quantity of coil stock which is part of this offering. Machine was job specific but can be easily modified by the manufacturer. Manufactured by FLC Machines in Tampa, FL.
