Functionality Notes:
This robot system, for all practical purposes, is NEW. The robots have no more than 10 TEST hours on them; ZERO production hours. The robots were part of grinding enclosures, each using two (2) robots to run deburring wheels. This advertisement's original posting was for four (4) robots; as of 10/1/21, only one (1) robot remains to be sold.
The video below shows one of the enclosures deburring parts using grinding wheels being manipulated by the robots not visually seen as they are encased in the top of the grinding enclosure assembly.
The breakdown listed in this advertisement is only part of the original quotation. This equipment was purchased for a customized, automated deburring system for an equipment manufacturer who cancelled the order due to business reorganization.
The original FANUC robot configuration specifications and complete product quotations are available for serious inquiries.
The original system, including the Mayfran Conveyors, cost over $300K. We will sell the remaining components as a whole or we will sell the items individually.
Equipment is currently available for inspection; units presently not under power.
Buyer responsible for freight logistics, costs, and liabilities.
