Functionality: The machine is no longer functional for the owner unless significant repairs are made to the machine. The turcite requires replacement in the Z-Axis; X and Y axis turcite condition is unknown. This wear is causing the Z-axis to stick which, in turn, is forcing the Z-axis ball screw to uncouple or loosen up.
