Functionality Notes:
Have confirmed that machine is 2nd owner machine. Purchased from 1st owner in 1999 - 2000 timeframe. The machine is presently under power and in use until mid-March 2023 when the new CMM arrives from the OEM.
MD Equipment Services spoke with the OEM (Zeiss) before posting advertisement. Received a full copy of original installation manual; available for Buyer. OEM confirmed controller is C99N model and is the current version; it has been retrofitted to CMM within last 5 years.
Machine's calibration is current. Machine holds tolerance of 3 Microns or 39.97 millionths of an inch.
A new, current active probe head was installed in 2019 as confirmed by OEM. The active probing head is one of the OEM's current models:

Two (2) years ago, present owner replaced all air bearing tubing and tractor feed gearing underneath accordion and in column for all axes drives.
Machine sale includes computer box, keyboard, mouse, and software. Software is shown in pics on website advertisement: Calypso 2017 Copyright.
Tooling plate and probes shown in picture are NOT included in sale.
Unit is under power; available for inspection.
Buyer responsible for freight logistics, expenses, and liabilities.
Rigging, loading no expense to Buyer IF taken out at time of new equipment installation; otherwise, Buyer responsible for rigging and loading expenses.
