My Seller maintains the machine is in excellent condition and has been preserved in a protected environment since not ran. Was purchased in 2017 for a large project that never came to fruition. The Seller used the machine a "handful" of times; it was a good runner when they utilized. Machine is currently not under power but can be put under power for a serious Buyer. Because the Seller is a government sub-contractor, a potential Buyer will require a passport and enhanced driver's license or birth certificate. I have been working with this customer for years, selling them used equipment. They are a good customer and honest people. I believe this machine is in good condition, is represented honestly, and will work well for the right process.
