Approximate specifications and functionality history is taken from 1st-hand inspection, owner interview, manuals, and OEM research. While specifications are assumed accurate, confirmation by purchasing entity is always recommended.

Functional Notes and History:

The machine in its current state needs about $40,000 worth of repairs to make fully viable and functional. It presently functions but with difficulty. One of the spindles will not home so it is effectively disabled. Onsrud has supplied quotes in February of this year, 2026, to retrofit the machine with needed cards, a new toolchanger motor, three (3) replacement drives, and a new spindle assembly totaling $33K. This does not include any ancillary expenses, hence the $40K budget number.

Some videos are attached to this advertisement showing one spindle ramping up to maximum velocity or close to it. The other spindle would not home so no video was taken of its function. There is some general video showing a walk around of the machine.

The Right Side Table, Process 1, has the majority of the hours since new. This is the spindle that needs the most repair. The Left Side Table, Process 2, has hardly any hours since new. This is the spindle depicted in the videos.
