Functionality Notes & History: This machine is coming out of a manufacturing house in the Portland area. The owner has owned the machine for 34 years and, according to her, ran it every day. She purchased it in 1992 from her ex-partner who purchased it new in 1984. The machine has always been a good runner. The only part that requires replacement is the spring-loaded lever controls for the automatic downward/upward direction of the spindle's power feed. The owner never used this function in 3+ decades of running the machine, so never had it fixed. Otherwise, this machine is a good knee mill. The ways are in good condition with not pitting or excess wear; the x-axis power feed and DRO run well. It is a basic knee mill. It is under power and available for inspection. The owner replaced this machine with another, newer Lagun knee mill adds some capacity to her operation.
